Registration Email 3/24

Good afternoon, 

It's time to think and start really planning for Spring Recreational season. We need to start ordering team shirts, and need a count of girls who are going to participate  We would like all registrations to be in by April 13.  

Our website is now up and working again, and we have uploaded the new registrations. So please feel free to go on the website at www.swanseasoftball.com and fill out either the Google doc or download the registration form and send it in.  

We are still looking for coaches, so if you are interested please email us as soon as possible so we can start planning for a coaches' meeting and start figuring out the number of teams.

I have received many emails about the days each division will have games, as well as when the season starts.  

We will be having tryoutson April 22for Freshman and Sophomore teams only. Minor and Instructional do not need to try out and the start date is TBD.

Freshman Division will be playing games on Tuesday and Thursday nights and will hold one practice per week. 

Sophomore Division will be playing games on Monday and Wednesday nights and hold one practice per week.

Minor and instructional will be held Thursdays and Sundays. 

This year we will be adding a Senior Division will be playing on Wednesdays and Sundays. This is a 16 and under division and if you would like more information please contact Donald at don@swanseasoftball.com.

OPENING DAY will be on Sunday, May  7th.  We will also be doing team photos this day. More info on times to come in April.
