Change to Sunday Tryouts

2025 Swansea Girls Softball League try-outs

Due to the weather not cooperating with us,  we have decided to hold tryouts at Proway Baseball/Softball located at 201 Griffin Street Fall River, this Sunday, April 13, 2025  instead of Hoyle Softball Fields. 

  Minor Division will  meet and practice with their coaches next Saturday April 19 at 2pm. (meet at snack shack)  Field Day will be next Saturday April 19, 2025 at 9am. 

 All coaches and any parent who can donate some times are welcome.  Please bring a rake for cleaning up leaves that have fallen this off season.

Players will need sneakers along with their glove and bat to tryout.

See the time slots for your child.  All players will  be on a team.  This is a way for the coaches to meet the players.

Freshman Division, Girls between 8 and 10 years old.

1:30 PM girls with last names beginning with A through K

2:15 PM girls with last names beginning with L thru Z

Sophomore Division, Girls between 11 and 14 years old.

3PM  all Sophomore Division.

Coaches from both divisions should arrive at 1:15 to set up the cages for tryouts.
